The customer must provide the length, width, height, thickness ( gram weight), color model (PVC, pet, PS, PP, paper, etc.) of the Blister products, product quantity production cycle.

2、 Quotation of business department: the unit price of Blister products is related to the following factors: the length, width height of Blister products the complexity of Blister molding; the type, thickness color of materials used; the subsequent processing technology of Blister products (folding, punching, edge sealing, etc.), order quantity order cycle. The bidder will make a basic quotation based on the customer's sample description, the quotation will be submitted after proofing.

3、 Computer design: after the quotation is basically approved by the customer, the customer will submit the request, the material object the blister sample to the business department. The production scheduling meeting requires the computer design department to scan the customer's material object make the plane design drawing of the blister product in combination with the design of the printed matter.

4、 Blister proofing: after the client approves the computer design draft, the production scheduling will decide which way to develop the mold according to the complexity of Blister products. The development cycle is 3-5 days for the mold (gypsum mold, copper mold, aluminum mold). Most of the blister proofing is done by plaster mold. The operation steps are as follows: 1. 5、 Production mold: after the sample is approved by the customer, a certain number of production orders are usually placed. The production scheduling will decide which mold to use for mass production according to the output the complexity of the molding process: gypsum mold is used for production, the mold making process is similar to the molding process. The advantages lie in the short production cycle low cost. It only takes one to two days to make a full version (60x110cm) mold. The disadvantages lie in the rough surface of the molding product, the mold is easy to break during production, the durability is poor The method has the advantages of large depth, high complexity thick sheet. The process of electroplating copper mold is to spray a layer of conductive agent on the surface of the blister shell, then put it into the electrolytic cell to plating a thick copper layer. The electroplating process takes 72 hours, then the copper mold needs to be filled with gypsum (to increase the hardness), polished, air punched. The advantages of using electroplated copper mold are smooth surface, moderate cost, moderate durability, the disadvantages are mold It has a long production cycle can't complete the production of precision Blister products. The production of Blister aluminum mould needs computer design drawing before CNC numerical control milling machine. The advantages are moderate production cycle, short processing time of later mould (drilling hole is completed during CNC processing), high dimensional accuracy of Blister products, strong durability of mould, high cost. As the molding range of the full-automatic high-speed Blister molding machine is about 66x110cm, so whether it is gypsum mold, copper mold aluminum mold, it is necessary to put single mold together to reach the molding size, we call this process as plate assembly, which needs to be put on the aluminum plate wood plate with holes, the whole mold after assembly is called bottom mold. For products with large molding depth, the upper mold is also needed to be made. When the bottom mold vacuumizes the sheet, the pressure is applied the top of the sheet to evenly stretch the sheet to each part, otherwise the local thickness will be too thin.
